Our Vision

We envision a world at peace and believe that coaching and personal leadership development initiatives like ours empower clients to find peace within, build relationships from this perspective, and learn to lead to and bond on their strengths, thereby encouraging others to do the same and contributing to movements around the globe all focused on making this shared vision a reality. 

We envision individual lives, relationships and work teams filled with more joy, aliveness and positive productivity, where people operate from a paradigm of partnership, collaboration and integrity rather than domination, fear and fragmentation; a world wherein each of us sees ourselves as leaders in our own lives and has done the inner personal work that enables us to show up whole and able and lead to our strengths; a world wherein each person believes that he or she has the capacity to make a unique contribution to life and work on this planet, knows what this is and commits to taking action; and, a world wherein as a result of this work each person knows, senses and feels that he or she is loved, lovable, celebrated and worthy, independent of his or her appearance and achievements, a powerful leaping off point for living a great life and getting great work done.

Our Mission

We will contribute to the realization of this more joyful, alive, healthy and productive world at peace, to the achievement of this wholesale paradigm shift to more of a collaborative, partnership model of participating in life and work on this planet, in two ways:

1. Partnering to create more conscious and empowered servant leaders.  By partnering powerfully with accomplished, influential and gifted men and women, and their children, who are (or aspire to become) leaders in their communities, businesses and organizations and who as a result of their positions and achievements have extensive reach and impact. Through a combination of coaching and consulting, we will guide them to become even more successful, self-assured and self-confident in the process of living their lives and doing their work. We will assist them to know themselves at their core and to make the subtle shifts required to truly see themselves as leaders in their own lives and as leaders committed to choosing well and being in service of others.  We will work with them to know and embrace themselves holistically, with strength, compassion and clarity; to understand and take full responsibility for the extent of their power, reach and impact; and, to hone and/or develop the essential leadership, communication and interpersonal skills that will enable them to use their power well and in greater service of themselves and others. This is a powerful, productive and proven way to ensure more aliveness, full engagement and optimum performance in their personal lives and relationships and in their organizations and/or businesses.
   
   
2. Developing our leadership pipeline.  By partnering with organizations and businesses to sponsor our efforts to reach as many kids as possible in all 50 of our United States and beyond with our leadership program for kids, adolescents through college-age, and especially the ‘gifted’ subset among them who, arguably, represent our leadership pipeline. Bringing KY2BP™ (Know Yourself to be Powerful™—And Use Your Power Well™) to our children, organizations and businesses will help us and these kids to create the conditions required to thrive in life and in work, beginning at a young age, when it is much easier to condition them for success and prepare them not only to survive but also to thrive. These kids will bring these life leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and experiences with them into the rest of life sooner, more capably and with the heart of a steward, and will, as a result, be better prepared to know themselves and use their power well, to lead mindfully, and to be in service of themselves and others in ways that make every encounter count and in ways that both honor and promote the worth and dignity of every person they are privileged to know and impact.  Helping them to find peace within at an early age will enable them to build better relationships, families, work teams and communities; they will become, in their day-to-day living and working, instruments of peace.
