My coaching is intimate, generally long-term, and transformational, centered on putting relationships first, beginning with the one with yourself. It’s designed for introspective, ambitious women (and a few men) in mid-life and mid-career, often in leadership roles, who are beginning to question themselves and the paths they’re on, who want to stop feeling disempowered (and have a healthier relationship with power), and who want to walk through the world feeling more empowered, in choice, clear, aligned and in love with the lives they are living, the choices they are making, and the ways they are showing up for and relating to others. 

My programs are for people who, like you, are ready for an inner adventure that can inform, enliven, and enhance their outer lived experiences and relationships. As your guide, I help you to step into renewed curiosity and creativity, greater self-trust, self-respect and self-love, by taking you on a journey into deeper self-awareness, self-leadership and self-mastery across the personal, professional, practical, and spiritual dimensions of your life.

This isn’t a quick fix or one-size-fits-all experience. It’s a deep partnership filled with meaningful conversations - guided by the Whole Person | Whole Power™ philosophy and the proprietary 9 P’s Model™ I’ve spent decades refining.
